UV-IRM Filter

The UV-IRM filter from GEP is a UV filter for disinfection of water using ultraviolet technology. UV water filters kill all harmful bacteria and microbes that might be present in the rainwater. The UV-IRM filter consists of a stainless steel tube containing the UV lamp. The stainless steel housing for the UV lamp lasts for years and is polished on the inside so that the light is very well reflected. Shade formation is therefore impossible, so that the UV filter is very effective. Moreover, the lifespan of the lamp is longer and a smaller lamp can be used. For a 100% safe operation of the UV filter, it is supplied with a fine filter. This type of UV Filter is suitable for placing in the pressure pipe behind an IRM Rainwater system.
